Residential Youth Services and Empowerment, or RYSE, held its RYSE Celebration fundraising event, themed ‘Bon Voyage to Youth Homelessness’ at Pier 11 Aloha Tower. RYSE works to provide a safe haven and support for Hawai‘i’s street youth aged 18-24.
