Hawaii Culinary Foundation

 

Guests were recently treated to a feast of Indian dishes at TBD ... during the Hawaii Culinary Foundation Chef Garg Indian Dinner. The event, a benefit for the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation, featured an array of Chef Garg’s personal repertoire of favorite Indian recipes including 72-hour stewed lentils, tandoor chicken and lamb with chilies.
