The famed Halekulani Culinary Masters Gala dinner closed out the 2017 Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival. The perfectly paired dinner featured chefs Serge Dansereau, Curtis Duffy, Trey Foshee, Tim Hollingsworth, Toshiya Konno, Jean-Philippe Maury and La Mer’s own Alexandre Trancher.
