Merriman’s much anticipated first O‘ahu location opened with a special dinner that benefitted Hawai‘i Community Foundation. Chef Peter Merriman, a pioneer in the HRC movement, was on-hand to greet guests, who were treated to a preview of the farm-to-table offerings from executive chef Jon Matsubara’s menu.
